1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING the reservation services of HOSTAL LES FONTS. 2.1.3. Warranty and cancellation policy: Reservations made through this page will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by the user on the form. Failure to show up at check-in or cancellation outside the indicated period (10 days before the reservation), will automatically charge the credit card the total amount of the reservation, as well as the cancellation of the reservation.

2.1.3.1 Guarantee and cancellation policy Hostal Les Fonts and tourist apartments: Reservations made for rooms in the hostel or apartments will be guaranteed by a 25% charge on the total stay. Upon receipt of payment, the booking confirmation will be communicated via email to the customer. Cancellation of the reservation 10 days before the date of entry, will be a charge corresponding to 100% of the total stay.

2.1.4. Price per room and night. The prices shown on our website include VAT.

The price of the apartment does not include VAT as they are homes for tourist use and are not subject to this tax.

2.2. Use of services. The user agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, morals, good customs and public order, as well as the provisions of these General Conditions of Contract. Consequently, you are obliged not to use the services for illicit purposes and / or contrary to what is established in these General Conditions of Contract, detrimental to the rights and / or interests of third parties or which, in any way, may damage the services, HOSTAL LES FONTS and / or your image.

2.3. 2.4. Category of hostels / pensions. The categories shown conform to the star system used in Spain, and are reflected in stars, depending on the various parameters that make up the official hotel classification system.

2.5 Rooms with two single beds () / double rooms ().The hostel has rooms with a double bed and rooms with two single beds. It is sometimes possible to be assigned a twin bed even if the reservation is outside a double room. We ask that you indicate the bed preferences you have at the time of booking, so that we will assign you the chosen room below your means. Our double rooms have two single beds together which are made as a double bed.

2.6 Check-in and check-out time. Check-in is from 3 pm and the room is no later than 4 pm. Mandatory departure time is at most 12 noon.

2.7 Payments. Full payment for the stay is made at the time of check-out of the Hostel. Accepted payment methods are cash or card.

In the case of apartments, full payment for the stay is made at check-in. The accepted method is only effective.

2.8 Cancellations. If canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The full refund of the payment and deposit made at the time of booking will be made. If you cancel up to 10 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The hostel will automatically vacate the rooms or apartments booked by guests who do not show up on the arrival date the following morning. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that, for appropriate reasons, we consider fraudulent.

2.9. Discounts for children. Children from 0 to 3 years old stay in a cot or bed for the corresponding price indicated on the website according to one or the other and depending on whether they want to add a meal or not. Children from 3 to 10 years old have a 25% discount on the price of adults. Children over the age of 10 pay the corresponding price for adults.

2.10 In the unlikely event that the hotel is unable to provide the booked accommodation, the client accepts the responsibility of the hostel and is limited to finding him accommodation of a similar level. Hostal Les Fonts takes all necessary precautions to ensure that this does not happen, so it is very uncommon for this to happen. The guest also agrees that prior notice of this hotel change is not guaranteed. The hostel will not be liable for any expenses, losses or damages arising out of or related to the relocation, as it has no control over this situation. If the customer rejects a satisfactory alternative, it will be at their own risk.

If the customer is not satisfied with any aspect of the new hotel, he should inform the management of the establishment immediately and offer the opportunity to rectify the situation from the beginning.

3. Right to modify the General Terms and / or Conditions of Contract

Hostal les Fonts and users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise, in terms of validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that , if applicable, could correspond to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Berga.
